One-on-One Postpartum Coaching

I work with pregnant and postpartum women to provide 1:1 support thinking about and planning intentionally for the post-baby life transition.

We may discuss how to care for your postpartum self, successful transitions back to work or career shifts, identity shifts, relationship dynamics, specific “first two weeks after birth” planning, and more. I may also refer you to other providers, connect you with resources and supports.

Mission-Driven Mothers Discussion Group

Connect with expecting and new mothers who work in mission-driven jobs, such as non-profits, education, and public service. Topics of discussion may include impact on career trajectory, career ambition, needed supports through pregnancy/maternity leave/return to work, integrating vs keeping separate home and work identities (and staying authentic to both), burnout and taking a break/career shift, balancing with partners' career, and how your values show up in parenting.

Groups run for 4 consecutive weeks. Sessions are virtual. Currently welcoming participants for December and January groups.

My Qualifications

I am a certified coach, skilled and spirited facilitator, community builder, community engagement expert. I am a connector, an organizer, a facilitator, and a planner. Over the past decade, I have designed and facilitated dozens of groups dedicated to finding personal power, providing peer support, and achieving both individual and collective goals. Many of these groups focused on uplifting underrepresented voices and building more equitable and just communities. I stand firmly for inclusivity, and work with people of all gender identities, family compositions, and ability to afford individualized support.

I also had a baby and decided to leave my full-time non-profit job doing work that I loved and cared about deeply to embrace a shift in my own life goals. With a deep commitment to community-based work, my current focus is the community of women experiencing life transitions after having children.

What am I NOT?

I am not an “expert” on motherhood, a health provider or a therapist.

I strive to be accessible.

I offer a sliding scale, and will happily find a way to support you regardless of what you are able to pay. Please reach out!
